Shoreline platform account presets
When you first set up your account on the Shoreline platform, you will configure some presets:
- Company address
- Timezone
- Work order man-hours or clock hours
- Choose the unit for time estimation when creating work orders.
- Work order priority
- Activities:
- Default activity status: set what status is automatically selected on an activity when a user creates one. Users have to manually change the status from the default if required.
- Options:
None,Dispatched, andCompleted
- Options:
- Can register time later: set whether mobile users are able to create activities without simultaneously registering time against the activity.
