Bug fixes
Relative wave direction limits now calculate CTV weather downtime correctly
What’s new
Fixed an issue where a vessel configured with directional (relative wave direction) wave-height limits reported too much weather downtime. A CTV with a directional Hs limit could show up to around twice the weather downtime of an otherwise identical CTV with a fixed Hs limit. Directional wave-height limits now produce weather downtime that is equal to or lower than the equivalent fixed limit, as expected.
This fix corrects three underlying problems: wave directions across the full 0 to 360 degree range are now covered (previously directions beyond 270 degrees were treated as bad weather), the configured access point directions are now included when the case is sent to the simulation, and weather downtime is now calculated using the relative wave direction rather than the absolute wave direction, so it matches how scheduling decides whether a time step is workable.
Where it applies
Cases that use the relative wave direction restriction on a weather matrix.
