Create a transfer manifest

A transfer manifest is a report that records the movement of personnel and equipment between sites, including drop-off transport, pick-up transport, and manpower. To generate one, create a report template with those sections enabled, then run a report against it.

1. Prerequisites: Ensure that activities with transport and manpower data have already been completed and recorded in the system before generating a transfer manifest.

   Go to Reports > Report templates in the left-hand menu.
2. Click + Add new in the top right corner.
3. Enter a Name for your report template.
4. Uncheck all the sections except Completed activities.
5. Under Completed activities, enable the following:
   • Drop-off transport
   • Pick-up transport
   • Manpower

1. Check any additional fields you require.
2. Click Save.
3. Click on Reports in the left-hand menu.
4. Click + Add new.
5. Select a date.
6. From the Report template dropdown, select the report template you created in the previous steps.
7. Select a site and, optionally, a work package.
8. Edit the Titles section of your report as required.
9. Click Save.

Once saved, you can act on the report in several ways: download it, send it for approval, share it with stakeholders, or export it. Select the appropriate action from the report's action menu.
