3. Configure CV Content
When you click "Export CV", you can customize what information appears:
Personal Information:

- Work packages worked on
- Specific work orders completed
- Hours spent per work package/work order
- Date range filter (optional - show only experience within specific dates)

The system will process your request and notify you when the CV is ready for download. Depending on the number of personnel selected, this may take a few moments.
What's Included in the CV
Each CV contains:
Experience Summary
- Total hours of registered work experience
- Breakdown by work package showing:
- Work package name
- Hours worked
- Associated work orders
Important: Experience hours are calculated from time registrations (time entries) submitted on activities within work orders. Simply being assigned to an activity or work package is not sufficient - team members must submit time registrations to have their hours reflected in the CV. If no time has been registered on an activity, it will show 0 hours regardless of the activity duration or assignment.
Skills & Certifications
- Organized by skill groups
- Individual certificates with:
- Certificate name
- Status (valid ✓, expiring soon ⚠️, expired ✗, pending)
- Expiration dates
- Color-coded visual indicators
Company Branding
- Your company logo (if custom branding is enabled)
- Professional formatting and layout
Date Range Filtering
You can filter the experience data shown on the CV:
- No date filter - Shows all-time work history
- Custom date range - Shows only work completed within the selected period
This is useful for:
- Showing recent experience only
- Highlighting work on specific projects
- Creating project-specific CVs
Use Cases
Client Submissions: Export CVs with relevant skill groups and project experience when bidding for contracts or onboarding with clients.
Competency Documentation: Generate up-to-date certification overviews for compliance and audit purposes.
Personnel Records: Create standardized CVs for internal records and performance reviews.
Bulk Export: Export CVs for entire teams or departments in one operation using the ZIP format.
Important Notes
Time Registration Requirement
Experience hours on CVs are only calculated from actual time registrations.
This means:
✅ Included in CV hours:
- Time entries submitted by personnel on activities
- Time registrations linked to work orders within work packages
❌ NOT included in CV hours:
- Activities where personnel are assigned but haven't registered time
- Planned or scheduled activities without actual time entries
- Work order assignments without completed time registrations
Best Practice: Ensure your team regularly submits time registrations on their activities to maintain accurate CV experience records. Activity assignments alone do not contribute to the experience hours displayed on CVs.
The CV generation feature is part of the planning application. It uses live data from your work order system, time registrations, and personnel certificates to ensure CVs are always current.
