The Paycheck Calculator removes that overhead by automatically applying the correct pay rules based on project, work package, country, contract, and shift type. Logged hours are converted into clear, accurate gross pay results that can be reviewed, approved, and exported with confidence.

The Paycheck Calculator enables teams to:

Behind the scenes, the calculation engine is fully integrated with Shoreline’s contract and compensation management, time tracking and scheduling workflows, ensuring pay reflects real operational conditions across projects, schedules, and geographies. Timesheets now support more precise calculation periods to ensure accuracy and consistency in pay results.
