Site overview user guide
The Site Overview gives you a real-time, map-based view of your site, showing the status and progress of assets, work orders, milestones, permits, and personnel in one place. Use it to monitor activity, identify issues, and navigate to detailed asset information quickly.

Map features
Asset labels
You can show or hide labels on asset markers directly from the map. Labels display contextual counts relevant to the active tracking view, such as Work Order Count, Permit Count, or Personnel Count.
To toggle asset labels:
-
Open the Site Overview.
-
Click the Label toggle in the map toolbar.
-
Labels appear on or disappear from all asset markers immediately.
This is useful when working with dense sites where labels may overlap, or when you want a cleaner view for presentations and screenshots.
Asset IDs on map
Each asset marker displays the Asset ID so you can quickly identify and reference specific assets on the map without needing to open the side panel. The Asset ID is also shown in the asset tooltip when you hover over a marker.

Click the Site Overview snapshot element to select it.
-
Click Crop in the element toolbar.

Things to know:

You can re-crop or reset the crop at any time while editing the report.
